Thursday, August 9, 2012 The Peoria Unified School District is among 25 percent of school districts in Arizona to earn an A from the state. The Arizona Department of Education last week released state-test results and A-D letter grades that rate the performance of individual schools and school districts around the state. The grades largely were based on students' academic improvement and performance on Arizona's Instrument to Measure Standards test.
