Since 360Ed was purchased in a stock deal, the Orlando Sentinel notes the actual details of the deal have not been made public. What is known, however, is amongst Junyo investors are NewSchools Venture Fund, Kapor Capital, and Learn Capital.
The deal also appears to be one that gives Noel more freedom, especially since he doesn't need to relocate. As he explained to the Orlando Sentinel, "Some of them buy you just to kill the competition, but that’s not the case here. That’s cool."
