One of the greatest privileges of leading Go Solutions is watching school districts accomplish extraordinary things for students.
Every meaningful success story is built through partnership.
Teachers. Therapists. Administrators. Technology. Customer success teams. Leadership.
No single product changes a district. People do.
I’ve been pleased to see recent media and industry publications celebrating Lafayette School Corporation, which has been recognized for the tremendous progress they've made.
Lafayette deserves that recognition.
We've had the privilege of partnering with Lafayette School Corporation since 2001. For more than two decades, we've celebrated successes together, worked through challenges together, adapted to changing regulations together, and continually looked for new ways to simplify the work educators do every day.
That history is why I felt compelled to write this. Not because other companies may have mentioned one of our customers. But because Lafayette's story deserves to be told completely. And because I believe our industry is at its best when we celebrate success with this completeness and enthusiasm.
Every Tool Has a Purpose
At Go Solutions, we have tremendous respect for companies building products that help educators better serve students.
Medicaid reimbursement software is one of those many products.
Like many districts, Lafayette uses Medicaid reimbursement software to support therapists with clinical documentation and progress monitoring. Those are valuable functions that help providers focus on delivering quality services to students, and we applaud technology that makes clinicians' jobs easier.
Concurrently, progress monitoring has long been part of Go Solutions' IEP platform because we've always believed educators deserve connected workflows, not disconnected software. Today, we're extending that same philosophy by bringing even tighter connections between clinical workflows and Medicaid reimbursement, helping districts reduce duplicate work while maintaining the accuracy and compliance that school-based Medicaid demands.
The future isn't choosing between progress monitoring and Medicaid reimbursement. The future is bringing them together.
Connected Doesn't Mean the Same
While progress monitoring and Medicaid reimbursement complement one another, they serve different purposes.
Progress monitoring supports clinicians in documenting student growth and improving outcomes. Medicaid reimbursement requires compliant service capture, eligibility validation, billing workflows, claim creation, submission, reimbursement optimization, denial management, regulatory expertise, and ongoing customer success.
Those outcomes don't happen automatically.
They happen because districts invest in strong processes, dedicated staff, and trusted partners.
Because of that, we believe it is important that districts understand the distinct roles different technologies play in producing successful outcomes. When remarkable Medicaid reimbursement results are discussed alongside clinical documentation tools, readers may naturally associate the two. We simply believe the full story deserves to be told.
Lafayette's Success Belongs to Lafayette
Lafayette School Corporation didn't achieve outstanding Medicaid reimbursement results because of one application.
They achieved those results because their therapists deliver exceptional care, their leaders embraced continuous improvement, and they invested in partnerships that support every part of the special education and Medicaid journey.
Go Solutions has proudly stood beside Lafayette since 2001. Over more than two decades, we've celebrated successes together, navigated regulatory change together, and continued investing in technology and services that help maximize resources for students.
That kind of partnership isn't built through a marketing campaign.
It's built through decades of listening, collaboration, and trust.
Simplicity Is Now
At Go Solutions, we've always believed there is a difference between having customers and having partners.
Customers purchase software.
Partners shape the future of what we build.
Districts shouldn't have to stitch together disconnected systems to accomplish connected work.
Progress monitoring. IEP management. Medicaid reimbursement. Compliance. Analytics. Artificial intelligence.
Each serves a different purpose. Together, they should feel like one seamless experience. That is what Simplicity Is Now means to us.
Built With Districts, Not Just For Districts
Lafayette, along with other valued partners, continues to participate in Go Solutions' customer roundtables, working directly with our product, customer success, and leadership teams to influence the future of school-based Medicaid and special education technology.
One thing about our recent customer roundtable still stands out to me. There wasn't a photographer. There wasn't a marketing team documenting every conversation. There wasn't a social media campaign planned for afterward. That wasn't the purpose.
The purpose was to listen. For hours, district leaders, including Lafayette School Corporation, shared what frustrates them, what slows them down, where Medicaid has become too complicated, where special education workflows create unnecessary work, and where technology still falls short.
They challenged us. They disagreed with us. They gave us ideas we hadn't considered. And they made our product better. By the end of the day, we didn't walk away with any marketing content. We walked away with homework. That's exactly how we wanted it.
Whether we're improving Medicaid reimbursement, simplifying IEP management, expanding progress monitoring, or introducing AI into everyday workflows, our goal is always the same: give educators more time to do the work only they can do. Everything else is our responsibility.
Looking Forward
As technology continues to evolve, our responsibility as software companies grows with it.
We have an obligation to innovate.
We have an obligation to listen.
And we have an obligation to tell our customers' stories with the same integrity that those customers bring to serving students every day.
Lafayette School Corporation's success deserves to be celebrated, not because one company made it happen, but because it represents what becomes possible when educators, administrators, and trusted partners work toward the same goal for more than two decades.
At Go Solutions, that's the future we're building.
Not more software. Better partnerships.
Not more complexity. Greater simplicity.
Because simplicity isn't about making software smaller.
It's about making our customers' work easier.
That's what Simplicity Is Now means to us. We look forward to continuing this story with all of our partners.
