GROW, short for Guided Results-Oriented Weekly High-Impact Tutoring, has been designed to address the critical gap for students in need of supplemental or intensive interventions.

The company conducted research and GROW pilot launches in districts like Harnett County Public Schools in North Carolina, which has partnered with Paper for two years, providing access to 24/7 tutoring, writing, and practice tools.

GROW's model is designed to integrate seamlessly into districts' existing Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), offering customization to align with state standards and curriculum. The program offers one-on-one or small group tutoring with a consistent tutor throughout the duration and specializes in supporting multilingual learners and English learners. Paper has already been approved in many states, including Arkansas, Colorado, Michigan, Mississippi, and New Jersey.
