An undercover case study across different public schools reveals why technology is failing. After further observations,  the  conclusion is that technology is failing primarily because: inattention to results and avoidance in accountability. Money is not the problem, rather it is the flaw to the already existing academic system that does not enable educators to use education technology to their best extent.
